Ten new Sergeants and five new Captains will be named tomorrow for the
Colorado State Patrol, as well as one new Communications Supervisor, on=
e
new Sergeant Majors and two new CSP Honorary Colonels. =A0Plus seven Ma=
ster
Sergeants will be recognized.

Additionally, one Technician =A0will receive the Harry Neal Award from =
the US
Secret Service -- which is awarded to law enforcement officers who have=

performed outstanding service to the community or heroic acts. =A0And, =
the
Patrol's Homeland Security Colorado Information Analysis Center (CIAC) =
--
which is charged with the responsibility of coordinating with local, st=
ate
and federal agencies to detect and prevent terrorist activities, will
receive an Appreciation Award for their work during the Democratic Nati=
onal
Convention.

All of this will take place TODAY/Friday October 31st at 10 a.m. at the=

Mt. Vernon Event Center -17173 Mt. Vernon Road, Golden, Colorado 80401
